Note: If you have closed fewer than 5 transactions during the past 12 months (per MLS), then you are considered an Emerging Agent and may join Realty Partners subject to the following conditions:

As an Emerging Agent you will be on a 65/35 commission split (65% to you) for your first 5 closings, and 75/25 thereafter.
You must utilize the Real Estate Help Team (Transaction Coordinators & Listing Concierge) on your first 5 transactions. A $250 fee will apply at closing and is waived if Cloud Title is used (Florida only).

The above requirements do not apply to experienced Agents who have completed 5 or more transactions during the past 12 months, or who can demonstrate significant experience during the past 3 years; or to Team Agents who join as member of a bonafide registered team (separate team agreements apply).

Once we have reviewed and verified your information and your application has been approved by our State Broker then we will forward you an agreement package via DocuSign for online completion and electronic signature.

The entire onboarding process should take less than 24 hours (week days) and in an emergency we can get you setup faster. If you would like to move your license at a later date then please indicate so on the application below.
